4How do I submit my logo files and what is the recommended format?
You can submit your logo files by uploading it on the FREE QUOTE section on our website or by emailing it to: stitchpalette@att.net.
Please submit your logo in either .pdf or .jpg format. If you have any questions, please contact us.
5What if I decide to cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order after art has been approved and goods ordered, you could incur an art/digitizing fee and/or restocking/shipping fees.
6How do I pay for my items?
Payment is due upon receipt with credit card, check, or cash.
7Do you ship or pick up at your location or both?
We offer both. You can pick up at our location or we can ship items to you.
8What if I am not satisfied with my order after I receive it?
Our commitment is to provide you with the highest-quality embroidery and screen printing. We will provide a proof to approve; however, if you are not satisfied with end results, we will work with you for a resolution. Our goal is for every customer to be happy with their order.
9What is your turnaround time? Do you offer expedited service?
Approximate turn around time for orders is 2 weeks. We do offer expedited services for an additional fee.
10Do you have a minimum order size?
The minimum order size for screen printing is 12 pieces
The minimum order size for embroidery is 6 pieces.
11How can I see what you can print on? For example tshirts, hats, etc?
We can email you a virtual proof. Contact us for details.
12Can I provide the items and you print on them?
Yes, you can provide your own goods (shirts, hats, etc.) and we can screen print and/or embroider on them. Contact us to discuss this in more detail.
13Do you do all of the work in house?
Yes, we do all of the screen printing and embroidery work in house.
14What items can you embroider?
We can embroider shirts, hats, jackets, bags, towels, and much more. Contact us to discuss the items you would like embroidered.
